With 13 years on the tools as a builder and site manager, and through growing Boxcrib into New Zealand’s largest construction marketing agency, Sam knows how to work hard for clients, with a customer-centric and practical approach, first and foremost.

Tom is Morta’s Recruitment Lead, bringing proven leadership from his time in the military and a strong background in HR and recruitment project management, including work with New Zealand’s largest telecommunications provider. Known for delivering high-performing hires across a range of roles, Tom is skilled in talent pooling, ATS management, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations. He works closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the right fit — every time.
