Recruitment Coordinator

Work alongside our Recruitment Lead to support campaigns across New Zealand. You’ll manage candidate communication, assist with shortlisting, and coordinate with our creative and strategy teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.


Ideal for: Someone with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in recruitment or marketing.

Content Producer (Photo/Video)

Support our creative rollout across Morta and Boxcrib. Capture and edit professional recruitment content from short social videos to full campaign shoots that showcase the people behind the brands we work with.


Ideal for: A content creator who enjoys working on-site, understands brand tone, and can think strategically about storytelling.
