Team Fitout is looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Site Manager to join their commercial fitout and shopfitting team.

This is a development role suited to someone with trade experience who’s keen to grow into a site management position over time. You’ll work closely with a Senior Site Manager and gain exposure to all aspects of site operations - while still being on the tools and contributing to high-quality fitout projects.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working on the tools daily - particularly detailed joinery and interior fitout

  • Assisting with coordination of trades and subcontractors under supervision

  • Supporting day-to-day site activities and contributing to efficient workflows

  • Learning to read and interpret construction plans and specs

  • Helping maintain site safety and tidy work practices

  • Travelling nationally for projects from time to time

  • Growing into a full site manager role with ongoing support and mentoring

 What You Bring

  • Trade background or experience in fitouts, shopfitting or carpentry

  • Comfortable working on the tools with a good eye for detail

  • Eagerness to learn site management skills and take on responsibility

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player mindset

  • Clear communicator and good attitude on site

  • Bonus if you’ve had some exposure to reading plans, coordinating trades, or understanding project timelines - but we’re here to support your growth if not.
